Commisioned by The City of Melbourne to photograph fifty-five portraits to acknowledge and celebrate the long-term commitment of independent small business proprietors in the City of Melbourne. The portraits were then exhibited for two weeks in the historical Melbourne Town Hall.
Old Parts (right) of eighty-eight year old motorcycle spare parts shop owner Jean Beanham (Owner of Modal Motorcycles) was also a selected finalist in The National Photographic Portrait Prize 2014.
